Important Health + Safety Information

As we slowly begin to re-open, there are a few important changes + details you’ll need to be aware of before you arrive.


Please WATCH our re-opening video above and READ all of the following information BEFORE heading to the gym for your next climbing/fitness training session.

RESERVATIONS

Know Before You Arrive

  • COMPLETE A NEW WAIVER: Everyone returning for the first time must complete a new waiver.
  • RESERVATIONS REQUIRED: Peak times only!
    • Monday - Friday: 4pm-10pm
    • Saturday + Sunday: ALL DAY
    • Members, Member Guests, Punch Pass + Intro Pass holders only.
    • NO DAY PASSES.
  • NO RESERVATIONS: Non-Peak times.
    • Monday - Friday: 6am-4pm
    • Walk in access, no zones or time limits.
    • Day passes allowed.
  • Be respectful + kind to everyone as we all learn to navigate our new health + safety guidelines

Reservation Info

  • PEAK TIMES: Reservations are required during peak times only.
    • Monday - Friday: 4pm-10pm | Saturday + Sunday: ALL DAY
    • Every person must have a reservation; DO NOT bring additional people with you including children + non-climbers.
  • RGPro CONNECT APP: We strongly recommend all members download the RGPro Connect app. Set-up is easy + it allows you to view and cancel existing reservations and make new ones.
    • Download RGPro Connect: Android / Apple
    • Ask the front desk to connect your account to your online profile.
  • EARLY ARRIVALS: Please do not arrive early for your reservation. We are unable to accomodate early arrivals due to capacity restrictions.
  • LATE ARRIVALS: Those who do not arrive within the first 15 minutes of their reserved time risk losing their reservation to other climbers. After 30 minutes, our system will automatically cancel the reservation.
  • CANCELLATIONS: Please CANCEL reservations as far in advance as possible to allow others to climb. We ask for a MINIMUM OF 2 HOURS' NOTICE for all climbing reservation cancellations. 24 hours' notice is greatly appreciated.

New Gym Guidelines

  • MASKS REQUIRED: must be worn properly + at all times by everyone inside the facility; if you need a break or to take a phone call, please step outside.
  • CHECK-IN + CHECK-OUT: both are required for everyone entering + leaving the facility; day pass users must check-in/out with the front desk.
  • WASH/SANITIZE HANDS: upon entering the gym, during your visit and upon leaving; hand sanitizer is available throughout the facility.
  • WATER: bring a reusable water bottle; we cannot allow drinking from the fountains at this time.
  • OFFER SPACE TO OTHERS:
    • Physical distance and avoid overcrowding tight areas.
    • Limit your time in common areas. Make space for others.
    • Leave 1 rope or draw line between you + another climber.
    • Avoid gathering in groups of 5+ people
  • LIQUID CHALK RECOMMENDED: for healthier air quality please use liquid chalk; we’re providing dispensers of free liquid chalk + selling it in our retail.
  • WEIGHT/CARDIO AREAS: masks are still required at all times, offer space to others.
  • FITNESS EQUIPMENT: wipe down all fitness equipment before + after use.

Health + Safety Screening

Please DO NOT ENTER the facility if you have:
  • Been diagnosed with COVID-19, have not recovered and/or are still within the 14-day quarantine,
  • Been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the last 14 days,
  • Experienced any symptoms within the last 24 hours; cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, fatigue,
  • Had a fever in the last 48 hours,
  • Have new loss of taste or smell,
  • Had vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours.
